Logo Printing
Silk Screen Printing:
Uses a mesh screen to apply ink onto the frame. The design is created using a stencil, and ink is pushed through the screen onto the frame.
Advantages: Good for simple designs and large quantities; offers durability and vibrant colors.
Pad Printing:
Uses a silicone pad to transfer ink from a printing plate to the frame. It’s ideal for printing on irregular surfaces.
Advantages: Excellent for intricate designs and small details; suitable for various frame shapes.
Laser Engraving:
Uses a laser to etch designs into the frame material. This method is often used for adding logos or text.
Advantages: Permanent and precise; works well on metals and some plastics.
Hot Stamping:
Applies a metallic foil to the frame using heat and pressure. The foil adheres to the frame, creating a shiny effect.
Advantages: Adds a metallic finish and can be used for decorative elements.
Digital Printing:
Uses digital printers to apply designs directly onto the frame. It can handle complex and colorful designs.
Advantages: Allows for high-resolution images and custom designs; suitable for small runs and one-off pieces.
Sublimation Printing:
Uses heat to transfer dye onto the frame, usually on coated surfaces. The dye becomes part of the frame material.
Advantages: Provides vibrant, long-lasting colors; suitable for high-resolution, full-color designs.
Heat Transfer:
Uses heat and pressure to transfer designs or patterns from special paper onto the frame. The ink adheres to the frame material, creating the desired design.
Advantages: Allows for detailed, vibrant designs; effective for adding logos or custom patterns; suitable for various frame materials.
3D Hot Stamping:
Uses heat and pressure to imprint a three-dimensional design or texture onto the frame. A heated die is pressed onto the frame material, embossing the design into the surface.
Advantages: Produces high-quality, durable designs with a three-dimensional effect; ideal for adding intricate patterns, logos, or decorative elements; works well on various frame materials.
Water Transfer Printing
Uses a water-soluble film to transfer intricate patterns or designs onto the frame by dipping it into water, where the film dissolves, leaving the design adhered to the surface.
Advantages: Allows for complex, seamless designs on three-dimensional objects; suitable for a variety of materials and shapes; durable and resistant to fading.
